9-24 Tokyo

On our last day in Tokyo (Sunday) all we really did was see as much as we could. We started the day by going to one of JCMU's professor's art exhibits, and then after that we jumped on the train in a rush to see it all. Our first stop was Shinjuku, where we explored for a bit and ate lunch. Next we went to Harajuku (which was very crowded) which is known for it's goth/lolita clothing and items. We spent a good hour or so there and I bought a skirt!
After that we went to Akihabara, known for it's collection of electronic stores. There Jenni bought a new digital camera and I purchased a watch with kanji for 1-12 instead of Roman Numbers. We still weren't done even then, after a couple hours in Akihabara we went to Ueda for a little bit and then back to Tokyo station to explore for a while before our 8:06 Shinkansen train back to Hikone. A very rushed day... I was very tired.
